&investmints LLC exists to own good assets well. We are not a fund with investors to answer to or a deadline to return capital by — we are a private holding company investing its own resources with an indefinite horizon.
That difference shapes everything: what we buy, how we behave as owners, and how long we stay. We look for durable economics, honest operators and situations where patient ownership is itself an advantage.
We keep our organisation deliberately small and our decision-making direct. When we commit, we commit as principals — with our own capital and our own name.
Principles
We would rather miss an opportunity than compromise on quality or price. Inactivity is an acceptable outcome; a poor commitment is not.
Every position is sized to survive being wrong. We avoid leverage that could turn a temporary setback into a permanent loss.
We invest alongside the people who run our holdings. Their long-term success is the only way we succeed.
We are a private company and we act like one. We speak rarely, and only about what we actually do.
